Do you meet the regulatory requirements for cosmetics in the US and the European Union?
All of our beauty and skincare products are compliant with the FDA and EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on safety and labeling. We only collaborate with certified suppliers and perform safety evaluation of the products to ensure compliance.
Do you provide full declaration of ingredients for your products?
Absolutely. Each product page displays a full list of ingredients as mandated by EU labeling regulations and Google Merchant Center Policies. We adhere to the INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) guidelines.
Do you conduct animal testing for your products?
No. We are 100 percent cruelty-free. All our products and their ingredients are not tested on animals in compliance with European Union animal testing bans and our ethical standards.
Can you guarantee the safety of your products for sensitive skin and allergic reactions?
While our products undergo dermatological testing and are free from most common irritants and culprits like parabens and sulfates, we recommend a patch test prior to full application. All users are advised to cross reference the ingredient list for possible allergens.
Shippings offers to entire Europe and USA?
Shipping is provided to most countries in Europe and in the US. In case your country is not listed in the checkout page, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Are tracking IDs provided on shipments?
Tracking links are provided for orders which have been shipped. Emails are sent containing the order tracking link for order shippings allowing customers to track their shipments live.
Is customs duties or VAT applicable for deliveries to the EU region?
All orders from the EU are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) where applicable. This means that VAT and customs fees are already included in the order total. There are no additional payments required after delivery.
What is the return policy?
We provide a 14-day return policy for products that are unopened and unused. Contact us to get the return process started.
Are the products vegan or organic?
A number of our products are vegan, organic, or naturally derived. Check the appropriate filters or labels on the product pages. Certifications are prominently displayed, such as USDA Organic or Ecocert.
How do you manage customer information and privacy for EU shoppers (GDPR)?
